Hello World! My name is Akshay Kanade, a web developer, and student. Finally, my portfolio website and blog are live. I have been planning to write on the Internet for almost a year and a half now. Yes, that much time. Though I tried to write many times, I never completed anything. And truth be told, I have never been consistent with my writing.
And now I think about why this was happening to me. I realize that I always had this thought back in my mind who and why would anyone read it? There might be hundreds of articles and blogs on the Internet about a similar topic that are way better than this newbie writer’s writing.
As I was writing this blog, my summer vacation was going on. I am telling you this because this vacation gave me answers to those who and why questions. The answer I found for why is - I will read it, even if nobody reads it. And as for why - to keep track of past experiences and learnings. I realized that I do not need to write for anyone. I should be writing for myself first, documenting my progress, and writing down the new things I learned and might forget after some time (which usually happens to me). This vacation also gave me some time to work on my portfolio design.
So, I am writing my first blog, which I plan to publish on the Internet through my website. If you are reading this, that concludes I have successfully published this and might be working on my next blog.
For now, I am thinking about writing about my professional experience, my new learnings, and sometimes about some life experiences and thoughts that are worth noting & sharing.
